I have experience working with teens, young adults and adults,  BIPOC, refugee, LGBTQIA, SPMI disorders, co-occurring disorders, addictions.  I work with you to navigate the multiple layers of life that you live in from relationship problems, career, identity, education in managing your mental health symptoms, trauma, addiction.  You and me will work around skill building to learn how to manage our emotions so we know how to respond efficiently while aligning with your values.
